My Favourite Lip Product | Barry M Matte Me Up Liquid Lip Paints

Friday, 2 June 2017
Today’s post is on my favourite lip products at the minute, which is the Barry M Matte Me Up Liquid Lip Paints.

Packaging
I love the packaging for these lip paints, as they look really sleek and high quality, especially for being a high street beauty product.

Application
These lip paints have a doe-foot applicator which is perfect for applying the lip paint to the lips, as it is not messy and you can be precise with where you're applying the product.

Formula
The Barry M lip paints have quite a thin consistency although it still provides a strong coverage when applied that dries into your lips. Although, due to the thin consistency, you don't feel the product on your lips once it is applied and it lasts for HOURS!!

Colour
Within the range, there are 5 lip paint shades, although they have released a few different lip kits (including lip liners) as well, although these have all been limited edition and therefore hard to get your hands on. My favourite colours are probably minimalist and on-the-scene as these are lovely nudes, which I tend to wear during work.

Wear
As I mentioned, I often wear these lipsticks to work and this is due to the fact that they are long-lasting and so I don't need to worry about touching up during my shift.

Price
At only £4.99, these liquid lip paints are an absolute steal. Also, at the minute if you spend £7 on Barry in Superdrug, you get a free Barry M lip kit in the shade Blowout.

Overall
These are my 'go to' lip products at the minute, although I tend to reach for either of the two nude shades the most, as they are more suited to a daytime look.

  2. I need to buy 'on the scene' asap! I love that colour. I probably would have completely walked past it before I had a read of this post. £4.99 is such a great price considering it lasts for hours! Thank you for posting this.

    1. Hi, I nearly did the same but I knew once I tried the tester on my hand that I needed to try it out and I am so happy that I did. It's such an amazing price. 'On the scene' is definitely my favourite, not going to lie, I have a back-up in that shade just incase it goes out of stock and I can't get it haha. Thank you for your comment x
